The beer cheese arrived in a well insulated box. I live in Florida and we have had two hurricanes in the last month. Kentucky Beer Cheese went out of their way to contact me to make sure that I was ready to have the product shipped. They didn't want to send the product and for me not to have power. I appreciate their level of customer service and will be reordering from them in the future.
